In 2011, Apple launched a global push to market the iPod Touch during the run-up to Valentines Day. Apple, and its Singapore Authorized Retailer network, designed the "Touch My Heart " campaign to get customers into the shops and buy iPod Touches for their valentines by creating an in-store competition. In order to win a free laptop, customers had to record a short Valentine "prediction" on an iPod Touch, where it would be watched and voted for online.
Dummy Pilot was asked to create a series of viral videos to be seeded online to raise awareness of both the iPod Touch and the Valentine campaign. The brief specified the videos to be shot on actual iPod Touch's and that they seem as if created and uploaded by real people. The videos were subsequently seeded on social networking sites, blogs, forums, Youtube and made the front page of popular Singaporean Citizen Journalism website, STOMP.

To view all of the spots created for this campaign, including ones that were not seeded, please view them here.
